Cancellation, Amendments and Refunds
All cancellations and amendments to your booking must be made through Holiday Extras: Subject to these conditions
Hotel Bookings:
- You will be unable to obtain a refund for a hotel booking 24 hours prior to your stay or any time after this period.
- Where it is possible to cancel a booking, you will be charged an administration fee of £15 per room per night. This fee will also be charged in the event of an amendment reducing the number of rooms or nights from the original booking.
Airport Parking and Port Parking:
- Any cancellations made on the day of arrival or during your stay will not be refunded.
- If you leave the car park before the agreed departure date you will not receive a refund for the unused days.
- A fee of £7.50 will be charged for cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Please note: Bookings made at the special 'advanced purchase' price cannot be amended or cancelled.
Airport Lounges:
- Refunds are not available for cancellation of a lounge booking within 24 hours of the stay or any time after this period.
Airport Chauffer Drive:
- Any amendments made on the day of your transfer, or 24 hours prior to your first transfer pick-up date or after will be treated as a cancellation and you will have to pay the cancellation charge.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to your transfer, on the day of your transfer and any day after, that falls within your booking period.
- A charge of £7.50 is applied for all other cancellations outside the specified times, and if you decide to use alternative transport on the day of your transfer you will not receive a refund unless the alternative is suggested by our supplier.
Hire & Fly:
- Amendments made on the day of collection or after will be treated as a cancellation and you will be requested to pay the cancellation charge.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made on the day of collection or after, a fee of £7.50 will be charged for any cancellations made outside this time.
Changes and Cancellations made by us:
Occasionally, we have to make changes and correct errors on web sites brochures and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings and if we have to make a significant change i.e. a change of accommodation we will let you know as soon as possible.
Where possible we will do so before your departure and we will offer you a choice from the following:
(a) Accepting the changed arrangements or
(b) Choosing an alternative product of a similar standard. (For less expensive products we will offer a refund of the difference)
(c) Canceling or accepting the cancellation, in which case you will receive a full and prompt refund of all monies you have paid to us.
